About what you pay for one shift.
The list you already have, turned into people walking back through the door. Written and sent by me every week.
Most of my clients take both, and that is where the money is.
A site wins you the customer once. The emails are what bring them back, and bringing them back is cheaper than finding them again. When the same person builds both, the email lands on a page that was built to receive it, and nobody is waiting on anybody.
For a one page site, yes, and it is a one off. You own it, you host it, there is nothing ongoing. If you need several pages I will tell you what it comes to after the free concept, before any work starts.
Because the site is built once and the emails are work every week. I write them, design them, send them and report on what they did. The weekly number is what that actually costs to do properly.
No. Plenty of people take the site and run with it. But the site is what gets them in once and the emails are what bring them back, and doing only the first half is the most common mistake I see.
No contract on the email side. Stop when you want to. The site is yours from the day it goes live whatever happens after that.
Then we build one. Most venues are already collecting names through bookings and orders and never use them. That is usually the fastest money on the table.
